ASU TVI Graduation Celebration-10016

Congradulations to the Newest Teachers of the Visually Impaired!

Yesterday, FBC hosted a celebration of the newest graduates of the Teacher of the Visually Impaired program at Arizona State University. This newest cohort has gotten the best education available to educate a new generation of kids who are blind and visually impaired. FBC’s partnership with ASU has allowed us to create a unique program, where student-teachers can get real-world experience working in FBC classrooms, under the guidance of experienced teachers.

Teachers of the visually impaired are a vital resource for students who are visually impaired. FBC and ASU have worked to make sure there are enough TVIs for every student in Arizona. The class of 2024 are going to go out and change lives at FBC and in schools across the state.

We’re so proud of these graduates and were glad to celebrate the class of 2024!
