Associate Chief Executive Officer

Jared was appointed as the eighth leader in the organization’s 71-year history and will officially take the role of CEO on July 1, 2024.  Jared has been with FBC since 2017, beginning as the Director of Education Services and serving as Chief Operations Officer starting in 2021. One of his proudest moments at FBC was when he was part of a 9-day, 8-night trip with 12 teens and young adults on the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. In addition to his role at FBC, Jared is a member of the 2019 Allstate Foundation Nonprofit Executive Leadership Program through the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a 2022 Fellow with the Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust. During his fellowship, Jared attended programs at Harvard University, Center for Creative Leadership, and University of California Berkeley.

Originally from Wisconsin, now lives in Phoenix, married to his beautiful wife, Flor, and they have three daughters together. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, hiking, golfing, and family game nights.
