- While on the phone with one of our technicians, they may request that you come to this page and download the TeamViewer tool.
- After clicking “Connect Now” please check the bottom of your browser window for any messages.
- If you are using Internet Explorer or Edge please select “Run”.
- If you are using Google Chrome, please select “Keep” followed by clicking the file TeamViewerQS.exe.
